Scenario 3
Scenarios 3: Pile Driving Difficulties in Special Ground Conditions

3.1 Background
When constructing PV power plants, special geological conditions such as exposed rock, gravel and hard ground will lead to difficult piledriving, frequent pile damage and penetration failure.
3.2 Solution: HPile with Cast Pile Tip
The Hsteel pile is combined with an alloy cast pile tip, which breaks and displaces stones. It is assembled and riveted onsite to achieve oneshot driving. No concrete pouring is required, replacing the complicated conventional process of augering, steel insertion and concrete pouring.
3.3 Core Advantages
1. Suitable for rocky and gravelrich ground conditions, effectively protecting piles, avoid piletip damage and driving penetration failure.
2. Eliminates augering and concretepouring procedures, simplifying onsite construction and greatly shortening the construction period.
3. Reduces costs; concretefree for better environmentalfriendliness.
